ABOUT A.S.I. Training
Within an organisation, services management ranks as one of the most challenging roles due to the wide range of skills required.
Many service managers have attained their appointment based on either proven technical or leadership abilities which may have been supplemented by some form of management or leadership training. This approach however is fundamentally flawed as it does not provide the manager with the required business knowledge for making critical decisions that impact on service operations.
ASI Training, formerly Leader Communications is an authorised training organisation established in 1994 by service managers dedicated to services management training to address the needs of the modern service manager.
Today, ASI provides training options for current and aspiring service managers ranging from specific modules to an Advanced Diploma of Industry and Services Management.
All courses are available On-line, with a Self-registration / Self-study or Instruction-lead training options.
